Christmas time is here
It’s that time of year again - my favorite holiday season! Me and Joe are putting up the tree and what not on Thursday night since he’s working Friday for DOUBLE TIME + A HALF - umm, heck yes, please! That’ll certainly help out with Christmas and the upcoming wedding, I appreciate T-mobiles commitment to providing their customers with care to the benefit of our wallets :P That’s one thing they do right.
Anyways, since I was sick last year - it’s gonna be quite a fete figuring out what Joe did with all the decorations… since I was not supervising him, who knows where he threw things. That should be fun. It’s a bit of a difficult time of year for me this year.. I no longer associate Christmas with “happiness” but I will touch on that in another entry. This is the happy one! So, I’m excited to decorate and do Christmas-y things we didn’t get to do last year.
I’ve gotten a lot of my shopping done already - I’m an early bird like my mom taught me to be. Just gotta get bags and start wrapping so I can have stuff to put under the tree once it’s up. I got Papa some Acid cigars, got grandmother some Elvis stuff, Got Joe some (#*$+@#* (haha thought I would tell? Jokes on you!) and am working on my mom’s gift as we speak. Me and Joe are starting the tradition of each getting an ornament for the tree each year. For some reason I REALLY love tradition.. I carry on my moms tradition but I also want us to have one of our own, ya know?
